As you said, organisations need to analyse new ideas and innovations that come along and keep a positive mindset. Its having the ability to think past the negative connotations and asking the most basic question. What opportunity does this new technology offer my business and how can I use it to align it with the business vision (May warrant changing the vision, perhaps?).
